Energy Healing Conference!

So happy to have gone to this energy healing conference in St. George. One of Addyson's best friends mom is an energy healer and foot zone specialist. So we went plus two other girls.  My favorite speakers were  a lady that talked about Aura's, a massage therapist that explain how your muscles and trapped emotions cause pain and Dr. Bradley Nelson that talked about his book The Emotion Code.  My energy healer in Kanab is moving TODAY to Idaho so I am glad to have gotten some tools to help with headaches and other pains.  Many of which are trapped emotions.  Sounds crazy and woo woo but hey whatever works! It has also been researched a lot but most people prefer a pill.  In fact I woke up with a headache this a.m. and did some energy work and took a pill.  Baby steps.  Wish they would have had a Faster EFT and NLP practioner there but maybe next time!

Tomato Caterpillar Study

 Addy and I found three tomato worms in our garden.  yikes.  We decided to keep them in a jar and observe their metamorphosis.  After a few days they were digging in the dirt to start the pupa phase.

Addyson got the teacher she wanted and was excited to go to school.  She did say she was a little anxious but we said that was to be inspected.  She's rockin a Guess dress from Mimi!
